STORE POLICIES
Please read ALL Store Policies. These Policies are strictly enforced. Upon the purchase of any item, you agree to these Policies.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped out as soon as possible but please be aware there is up to a two week turnaround from when an order is placed to when it ships. Most orders ship out before the two week timeframe.
All print orders will be shipped USPS First Class.
All orders will come with a tracking number.
PACKAGING
All prints and postcards are shipped out in plastic sleeves and rigid envelopes to prevent damage during shipment. All posters are contained in a plastic sleeve with a rigid shipping tube to prevent water damage and being bent.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide their correct address when an order is created. If the address is incorrect, the buyer must provide the correct address before the order is shipped out. If the order does not arrive because of an incorrect address, all monetary loss is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please keep your address up to date. If your package is returned to me due to a bad or wrong address, I will notify you asap. You can either cancel the order and have the print costs refunded (not shipping costs) or you can pay to have the package sent again. I am not responsible for customers supplying the wrong address when ordering.
RETURNS
All items are refundable within 7 days of delivery. Buyer must pay for return shipping. Once returned in the condition that it was sent out in, a refund will be processed minus the original cost of shipping. Any damage occurred during the return shipping causing any monetary loss is the responsibility of the buyer and will effect the amount of refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, please contact immediately with pictures of both the shipping container and damaged item. A replacement will be sent free of charge, but cannot be done if pictures are not provided.
MISSING ORDERS
If your order never arrives, please message me as soon as possible. Packages occasionally get lost by the Post Office and I will work with you as best as possible to locate it based on the USPS tracking information. If the tracking states that it was delivered, but you are still missing it, please contact your local Post Office and supply them with the tracking information for further help.
DELAYS
Please be aware that the USPS gets backed up occasionally, especially during the holidays. If your package states that it is "In transit", it means just that. Please be patient.
